Abstract:
With the increasing demand for power supply reliability in modern power systems, emergency generator vehicles have become critical mobile power sources in distribution network emergency support systems. This paper focuses on the live-line connection tools used during the integration of emergency generator vehicles into the grid. Based on the practical application scenarios of medium-voltage (10 kV) and low-voltage (0.4 kV) emergency generator vehicles in Pudong power supply company, this study systematically analyzes the technical requirements for connection tools in terms of rapidity, safety, and reliability. It further examines the structural characteristics, operational methodologies, and performance advantages of specialized tools, including quick-disconnect tap clamps, grounding ring-type grid-connection tools, low-voltage quick-connect plugs, and busbar clamp connectors. Field application results demonstrate that the implementation of these specialized connection tools can reduce the grid-connection time for medium-voltage generator vehicles by over 50% and for low-voltage generator vehicles to within 10 min, significantly enhancing the efficiency and safety of emergency power supply operations and providing substantial technical support for improving power supply reliability.
