便携式螺栓预紧力超声检测装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of a Portable Ultrasonic Testing Device for Bolt Preload

  • 摘要: 螺栓连接作为机械结构中最基础的连接方式,在调相机组等大型关键设备中应用广泛。针对传统扭矩法、转角法存在精度低、无法实时监测等缺陷,离线检测则导致效率低下,研发了一种便携式螺栓预紧力超声检测装置,系统由工业平板电脑、采集主机和超声探头组成,具备测量频率大于2 MHz、预紧力测量精度不大于±5%、温度补偿精度不大于±0.2 ℃等性能。试验结果表明,该装置可适应不同尺寸、工况的螺栓检测需求,为设备安全运维提供了关键技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: As the most basic connection method in mechanical structures, bolt connection is widely used in large key equipment such as condenser units. Traditional torque method and angle method have defects such as low precision and inability to realize real-time monitoring, while offline detection leads to low efficiency. To this end, this paper develops a portable ultrasonic testing device for bolt preload. The system consists of an industrial tablet computer, an acquisition host and an ultrasonic probe, with performances including measurement frequency>2 MHz, preload measurement accuracy≤±5%, and temperature compensation accuracy≤±0.2 ℃. Experimental verification shows that the device can meet the testing needs of bolts of different sizes and working conditions, providing key technical support for the safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
