Abstract:
In recent years, the demand for electricity in rural areas has been rapidly increasing, leading to frequent issues such as overload of distribution transformers and low supply voltage, posing significant problems and hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of rural distribution networks. This paper employs the K-means algorithm to conduct cluster analysis on sample data, constructs detailed scenarios of overload and low voltage in rural distribution transformers, defines the corresponding boundaries of key influencing factors in typical problem scenarios, conducts technical and economic analysis on new technologies and products, proposes applicable scenarios for new technologies and products to solve rural distribution transformer issues, and holds important practical significance for improving the quality of power supply in rural networks.
