基于典型场景的农村配变问题治理应用策略研究

Research on Application Strategies for Addressing Rural Distribution and Transformation Issues Based on Typical Scenarios

  • 摘要: 近年来农村用电需求快速增长,配变重过载、供电电压偏低等问题时有发生,给农村配电网安全稳定运行带来了不小的问题和隐患。通过采用K-means算法对样本数据进行聚类分析,构建农村配变重过载和低电压的细分场景,形成典型问题场景关键影响因素的对应边界,对新技术新产品开展技术经济分析,提出新技术新产品解决农村配变问题的适用场景,对提高农网供电质量具有重要的现实意义。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the demand for electricity in rural areas has been rapidly increasing, leading to frequent issues such as overload of distribution transformers and low supply voltage, posing significant problems and hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of rural distribution networks. This paper employs the K-means algorithm to conduct cluster analysis on sample data, constructs detailed scenarios of overload and low voltage in rural distribution transformers, defines the corresponding boundaries of key influencing factors in typical problem scenarios, conducts technical and economic analysis on new technologies and products, proposes applicable scenarios for new technologies and products to solve rural distribution transformer issues, and holds important practical significance for improving the quality of power supply in rural networks.
