  • 摘要: 针对传统配网集中式馈线自动化故障处理慢、停电范围大等问题,提出基于SAP-953配网多端差动站所终端的区域保护与自愈方案。该终端融合光纤与5G差动保护,具备分布式FA功能,可实现故障快速定位、最小范围隔离及毫秒级供电恢复,与传统过流保护相比,在隔离速度、动作时间和通信适应性等方面优势显著。实际应用表明,该方案支持多通信冗余、集成度高、改造便捷,已在苏州、无锡等地试点,有效提升了供电可靠性与自愈能力。

     

    Abstract: This article proposes a regional protection and self-healing scheme based on SAP-953 distribution network multi-terminal differential station terminal to address the problems of slow fault handling and large power outage range in traditional centralized feeder automation of distribution networks. This terminal integrates fiber optic and 5G differential protection,with distributed FA function,which can achieve fast fault location,minimum range isolation,and millisecond level power supply recovery. Compared with traditional overcurrent protection,it has significant advantages in isolation speed,action time,and communication adaptability. Practical applications have shown that this solution supports multi communication redundancy, high integration, and convenient transformation. It has been piloted in Suzhou, Wuxi, and other places, effectively improving power supply reliability and self-healing capabilities.
