高原电气化铁路装配式供电设施设计建造技术研究

Research on the Design and Construction Technology of Prefabricated Power Supply Facilities for Electrified Railways on Plateaus

  • 摘要: 电气化铁路箱式分区所、箱式开闭所类产品因显著的优点在铁路建设和大修工程中得到了广泛应用,但受其运输限界及结构特征限制,内部设备运行环境和用户检修维护体验难以满足预期。电气集成装配式供电设施在保留箱式产品优点的基础上,通过非金属壳体材料的应用和现场装配的安装施工模式,实现了内部空间满足运维要求、改善内部环境和便于运输的目标。通过“工厂预制+模块化拼装”等技术,可大大缩短建设周期,降低施工难度,可在高原电气化铁路供电设施的建造中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Electrified railway box section posts and box switching stations have been widely used in railway construction and overhaul projects due to their significant advantages. However, due to their transportation gauge and structural characteristics, the internal equipment operating environment and user maintenance experience are difficult to meet expectations. Electrical integrated prefabricated power supply facilities, while retaining the advantages of box products, achieve the goals of meeting operation and maintenance requirements, improving the internal environment, and facilitating transportation through the application of non-metallic shell materials and on-site assembly installation and construction modes. Through technologies such as "factory prefabrication + modular assembly", the construction period can be greatly shortened and the difficulty of construction reduced, making it suitable for widespread application in the construction of power supply facilities for electrified railways on plateaus.
