基于全域数据同步的配电网线损精准感知

Precise Perception of Distribution Network Line Loss Based on Full-Domain Data Synchronization

  • 摘要: 配电网线损率是衡量电网运行效率的核心指标。针对传统线损管理面临的数据源异构、采集周期不一致、时空同步性差等突出问题,提出一种基于全域数据同步的配电网线损精准感知方法。通过构建多源异构数据时空对齐机制,实现营销、生产、调度等系统数据的毫秒级同步。设计分层分区线损计算模型,建立台区-馈线-变电站三级损耗溯源体系。在某地级市10 kV配电网开展为期6个月的应用验证,结果显示线损计算准确率提升至98.7%,异常台区识别准确率达95.3%,较传统方法分别提高12.4%和18.6%。

     

    Abstract: Distribution network line loss rate is a core indicator for measuring grid operational efficiency. Traditional line loss management faces prominent issues such as heterogeneous data sources, inconsistent acquisition cycles, and poor spatiotemporal synchronization. This paper proposes a precise perception method for distribution network line loss based on full-domain data synchronization. By establishing a spatiotemporal alignment mechanism for multi-source heterogeneous data, millisecond-level synchronization of data from marketing, production, and dispatching systems is achieved. A hierarchical and zoned line loss calculation model is designed, establishing a three-level loss tracing system for transformer districts, feeders, and substations. A six-month application verification was conducted in a 10 kV distribution network of a prefecture-level city. The line loss calculation accuracy improved to 98.7%, and the identification accuracy of abnormal transformer districts reached 95.3%, representing improvements of 12.4% and 18.6% respectively compared to traditional methods.
