Abstract:
To address the issues of high safety risks, substantial construction workloads, and cumbersome signal verification and coordination in remote control testing of primary equipment without power interruption in substations, this paper proposes a novel equivalent acceptance method for remote control based on a virtual substation. The method utilizes data mirroring principles of the monitoring background and bay-level systems to achieve panoramic information simulation of measurement and control devices and establish an offline verification platform. Field tests demonstrate that the proposed method offers the advantages of safety, high efficiency, and tidy construction. It enables power-off-free retrofits while improving work efficiency by more than three times, demonstrating practical engineering applicability and promotion value.
