基于虚拟变电站的遥控离线等效验收新方法

A Novel Method for Offline Equivalent Acceptance of Remote-Control Commands Based on Virtual Substation

  • 摘要: 针对变电站一次设备不停电遥控试验存在的安全风险高、施工量大及信号校核协调繁琐等问题,提出了一种基于虚拟变电站的遥控等效验收新方法。该方法利用监控后台和间隔层数据镜像原理,通过全景信息仿真测控装置并组建离线校核平台。现场测试表明,新方法具有安全高效、施工整洁的优点,在实现不停电改造同时可提高三倍以上工效,具有实际的工程实用性和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of high safety risks, substantial construction workloads, and cumbersome signal verification and coordination in remote control testing of primary equipment without power interruption in substations, this paper proposes a novel equivalent acceptance method for remote control based on a virtual substation. The method utilizes data mirroring principles of the monitoring background and bay-level systems to achieve panoramic information simulation of measurement and control devices and establish an offline verification platform. Field tests demonstrate that the proposed method offers the advantages of safety, high efficiency, and tidy construction. It enables power-off-free retrofits while improving work efficiency by more than three times, demonstrating practical engineering applicability and promotion value.
