电线电缆导体直流电阻测试精度提升策略研究

Study on Precision Improvement Strategy for DC Resistance Test of Wire and Cable Conductors

  • 摘要: 导体直流电阻是电线电缆核心性能指标,测试精度直接关联工程质量。针对现有测试中接触电阻波动、夹具适配不足、环境补偿不精准等瓶颈,提出硬件优化与软件升级协同的精度提升策略,在硬件上优化专用夹具与屏蔽回路,通过软件构建自适应补偿及抗干扰算法。实验结果表明,所提策略可显著降低各类误差,使测试精度满足国标要求,为电线电缆直流电阻精准测试提供可靠技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Conductor DC resistance is a core performance index of wires and cables, and test precision is directly related to project quality. To address bottlenecks in existing tests such as contact resistance fluctuation, insufficient fixture adaptation and inaccurate environmental compensation, this paper proposes a precision improvement strategy integrating hardware optimization and software upgrading. Hardware optimizes dedicated fixtures and shielding circuits; software constructs adaptive compensation and anti-interference algorithms. Experimental verification shows the strategy significantly reduces various errors, with test precision meeting national standards, providing reliable technical support for accurate DC resistance testing of wires and cables.
