Abstract:
Conductor DC resistance is a core performance index of wires and cables, and test precision is directly related to project quality. To address bottlenecks in existing tests such as contact resistance fluctuation, insufficient fixture adaptation and inaccurate environmental compensation, this paper proposes a precision improvement strategy integrating hardware optimization and software upgrading. Hardware optimizes dedicated fixtures and shielding circuits; software constructs adaptive compensation and anti-interference algorithms. Experimental verification shows the strategy significantly reduces various errors, with test precision meeting national standards, providing reliable technical support for accurate DC resistance testing of wires and cables.
