Research and Application of Online Monitoring System for 27.5 kV High-Voltage Cables in Electrified Railways

  • 摘要: 针对电气化铁路27.5 kV高压电缆运行过程中因绝缘老化、护层损伤和接头故障导致的运行可靠性问题,设计了集分布式光纤测温、护层环流监测与超宽频局部放电检测于一体的多参量在线监测系统。系统通过实时采集电缆温度、环流和局放信号,结合智能诊断算法,实现故障早期预警与精确定位。工程应用表明,系统有效提升了电缆状态感知能力,为铁路供电系统的安全运行提供了技术保障。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses the operational reliability issues of 27.5 kV high-voltage cables in electrified railways, which arise from insulation aging, sheath damage, and joint failures. A multi-parameter online monitoring system that integrates distributed optical fiber temperature measurement, sheath circulation monitoring, and ultra-wideband partial discharge detection is designed. By collecting cable temperature, circulation, and partial discharge signals in real time and combining intelligent diagnostic algorithms, the system achieves early warning and precise fault localization. Engineering applications demonstrate that the system effectively enhances cable condition sensing capabilities, providing technical support for the safe operation of railway power supply systems.
