串联谐振变换器的优化调制研究

Research on Optimized Modulation of Series Resonant Converters

  • 摘要: 随着DC/DC变换器在分布式能源系统中的广泛应用,提升其效率与功率密度成为研究热点。针对串联谐振变换器,提出一种基于电感电流有效值最小化的扩展移相调制策略与变频扩展移相调制策略。通过基波分析法建立谐振腔电流模型,分析软开关条件,并设计闭环控制系统。实验结果表明,所提策略有效降低了谐振电流峰值与关断电流,提升了系统效率。

     

    Abstract: With the widespread application of DC/DC converters in distributed energy systems, improving their efficiency and power density has become a research focus. This paper proposes an extended phase-shift and variable-frequency extended phase-shift modulation strategy for the series resonant converter, aiming to minimize the root-mean-square (RMS) value of the inductor current. The resonant tank current model is established using the fundamental harmonic analysis method, the soft-switching conditions are analyzed, and a closed-loop control system is designed. Experimental results show that the proposed strategy effectively reduces the resonant current peak and turn-off current, thereby enhancing the system efficiency.
