民用建筑中剩余电流动作保护器误动原因分析与改进方案

Analysis and Improvement Plan for Misoperation of Residual Current Operated Protective Devices in Civil Buildings

  • 摘要: 剩余电流动作保护器(Residual Current Device,RCD)在民用建筑电气安全中的应用日益广泛,但误动问题频发,影响供电可靠性和用户体验。为提升RCD的应用效果,以民用建筑电气系统为研究对象,通过深入剖析选型安装、线路负载及设备性能等多方面因素,系统分析了RCD误动的成因,提出了基于目标函数的优化配置模型,并结合具体案例验证了改进方案的可行性。研究结果表明,通过合理调整动作电流阈值、加装谐波滤波装置及优化线路布局,可显著降低误动率,同时兼顾安全性和经济性,为民用建筑电气安全管理提供了科学依据和实践参考。

     

    Abstract: Residual current device (RCD) is increasingly widely used in electrical safety of civil buildings, but misoperation problems occur frequently, affecting power supply reliability and user experience. To improve the application effect of RCD, this study takes the electrical system of civil buildings as the research object. Through in-depth analysis of various factors such as selection and installation, line load, and equipment performance, the causes of RCD misoperation are systematically analyzed. An optimization configuration model based on objective function is proposed, and the feasibility of the improvement plan is verified through specific cases. The research results indicate that by adjusting the operating current threshold reasonably, installing harmonic filtering devices, and optimizing the circuit layout, the misoperation rate can be significantly reduced, while also considering safety and economy. This provides a scientific basis and practical reference for electrical safety management in civil buildings.
