摘要: 针对输变电工程高空作业挂点选择错误导致的安全事故问题,提出基于三维点云建模与RTK精准定位融合的安全监控方法,通过激光雷达扫描构建杆塔数字化模型,自动划分安全挂点区域,集成RTK定位模块实现厘米级位置解算,建立立体区域匹配算法进行实时安全评估。系统集成多源感知融合技术,构建三级预警响应机制,显著提升高空作业安全防护水平。Abstract: To address safety incidents caused by improper selection of hanging points in high-altitude power transmission and transformation operations, this study proposes an integrated safety monitoring method combining 3D point cloud modeling with RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) positioning. The system constructs digital tower models through LiDAR scanning, automatically delineates safe hanging zones, and employs an RTK module for centimeter-level positioning. A 3D area matching algorithm enables real-time safety assessment. By integrating multi-source perception fusion technology and establishing a three-tiered early warning response mechanism, the system significantly enhances safety protection for high-altitude work.
