基于物联网架构的智能建筑电气系统集成技术

Intelligent Building Electrical System Integration Technology Based on Internet of Things (IoT) Architecture

  • 摘要: 随着智能建筑规模和功能复杂度的不断提升,传统建筑电气系统在运行感知、协同控制及运维管理方面逐渐暴露出局限性。为提升建筑电气系统的集成水平与智能化能力,引入物联网技术,构建了基于感知执行层、网络传输层、边缘计算层和云平台应用层的智能建筑电气系统架构,研究了异构协议融合、边缘规则引擎联动控制及能效优化等关键技术。结合工程实例对系统实现效果进行验证,结果表明该系统能有效提升运维效率,增强联动控制能力,并实现建筑电气系统的安全、稳定与节能运行。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous expansion of intelligent building scale and the increasing complexity of functions, traditional building electrical systems have gradually exposed limitations in operation perception, coordinated control, and operation and maintenance management. To improve the integration level and intelligence capability of building electrical systems, this paper introduces the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, constructs an intelligent building electrical system architecture based on the perception and execution layer, network transmission layer, edge computing layer, and cloud platform application layer, and studies key technologies such as heterogeneous protocol fusion, edge rule engine linkage control, and energy efficiency optimization. The implementation effect of the system is verified by engineering examples. The results show that the system can effectively improve operation and maintenance efficiency, enhance linkage control capability, and realize the safe, stable and energy-saving operation of the building electrical system.
