摘要: 针对输变电工程高空作业中安全带挂接状态监测精度不足、双钩互锁失效导致坠落事故频发的问题,提出融合RTK厘米级定位与多目视觉感知的智能研判技术。通过智能安全帽端集成RTK模块与双目摄像头实现人员动态位置≤5 cm精度解算,结合地面视觉网络跨摄像头协同跟踪突破遮挡场景识别盲区,构建端边云协同预警体系,实现双钩互锁失效毫秒级响应。500 kV变电站验证表明,挂点状态识别准确率达95.3%,预警响应时间缩短至200 ms内,高处坠落事故率下降67%。Abstract: To address the challenges of insufficient safety belt monitoring accuracy and frequent falls caused by dual-hook interlock failures in high-altitude power transmission projects, this study proposes an intelligent analysis technology integrating RTK centimeter-level positioning with multi-camera visual perception. By integrating an RTK module and binocular cameras into smart safety helmets, the system achieves dynamic positioning accuracy of ≤5 cm. Combined with cross-camera collaborative tracking through ground visual networks, it overcomes blind spots in obstructed environments. The end-edge-cloud collaborative early warning system enables millisecond-level response to dual-hook interlock failures. Verification at a 500 kV substation demonstrated: 95.3% accuracy in hanging point recognition, reduced early warning response time to under 200 ms, and a 67% decrease in high-altitude fall incidents.
