Abstract:
This paper proposes a new aluminum alloy cable bracket system. In practical working conditions, the bracket must not only bear the vertical load caused by the weight of the cable but also resist the horizontal drag force caused by cable dragging or short-circuit electrodynamic forces. Based on this loading characteristic, this study designed a test device that can simultaneously apply both lateral and vertical loads to conduct systematic load-bearing performance tests on the new aluminum alloy cable bracket. By analyzing the deformation characteristics of the specimen under combined loading, the load-displacement response, and the final failure mode, a comprehensive evaluation of its ultimate bearing capacity and overall stability is done, providing experimental basis for the safe application of this new bracket in practical engineering.
