新型铝合金电缆支架的承载性能研究

Research on the Load-bearing Performance of New Aluminum Alloy Cable Brackets

  • 摘要: 提出一种新型铝合金电缆支架系统,在实际工况中,该支架除承受电缆自重引起的竖向荷载外,还需抵抗电缆拖拽或短路电动力引起的水平拖拽力。基于此受力特点,设计了一种可同步施加横向与竖向荷载的试验装置,对新型铝合金电缆支架开展系统的承载性能试验。通过分析试件在复合荷载作用下的变形特征、荷载-位移响应及最终破坏形态,综合评价其极限承载力与整体稳定性,为该新型支架在实际工程中的安全应用提供试验依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a new aluminum alloy cable bracket system. In practical working conditions, the bracket must not only bear the vertical load caused by the weight of the cable but also resist the horizontal drag force caused by cable dragging or short-circuit electrodynamic forces. Based on this loading characteristic, this study designed a test device that can simultaneously apply both lateral and vertical loads to conduct systematic load-bearing performance tests on the new aluminum alloy cable bracket. By analyzing the deformation characteristics of the specimen under combined loading, the load-displacement response, and the final failure mode, a comprehensive evaluation of its ultimate bearing capacity and overall stability is done, providing experimental basis for the safe application of this new bracket in practical engineering.
