Circuit Design of LCR Measuring Instrument

  • 摘要: LCR参数测量仪用于对电感L、电容C及电阻R参数的测量,传统的LCR参数测量仪存在电路结构复杂、造价高及不利于普遍推广应用的缺点。设计了一种结构简单、性能优良、造价低的LCR参数测量仪。该LCR参数测量仪主要由振荡器、信号选择开关、单片机数据处理系统及数据显示4个部分组成。采用电感L在电容三点式振荡器或电容C及电阻R在NE555RC振荡器中的不同表现形式,产生不同频率的方波电压信号。将此方波电压信号经电子开关选择后,送给单片机进行采样处理,测量得到方波电压信号的频率值f。再将频率值f代入相应的计算公式,计算出相应的被测参数值,最后送给显示器显示出相应的被测参数值。LCR参数测量仪具有结构简单、价格低、测量范围大及测量精度高等优点。

     

    Abstract: The LCR parameter measuring instrument is used for measuring the parameters of inductance L, capacitance C and resistance R. The traditional LCR parameter measuring instrument has the disadvantages of complex circuit structure, high cost and being unfavorable for widespread application. A simple-structured, high-performing and low-cost LCR parameter measuring instrument has been designed. This LCR parameter measuring instrument mainly consists of an oscillator, a signal selection switch, a single-chip microcomputer data processing system and a display. By using different manifestations of inductance L in the capacitor three-point oscillator or capacitance C and resistance R in the NE555RC oscillator, different frequency square wave voltage signals are generated. This square wave voltage signal is selected by an electronic switch and sent to the single-chip microcomputer for sampling processing, from which the frequency value f of the square wave voltage signal is measured. Then, the frequency value f is substituted into the corresponding calculation formula to calculate the corresponding parameter value, and finally sent to the display to show the corresponding measured parameter value. The LCR parameter measuring instrument has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, wide measurement range and high measurement accuracy.
