基于防误双校核的集控系统程序化控制技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Programmatic Control Technology for Centralized Control System Based on the Dual Anti-misoperation Verification

  • 摘要: 针对目前集控系统控制操作时防误安全性能不足及操作效率较低问题,提出一种基于防误双校核的集控系统程序化控制技术。在集控站增加防误主站,与集控系统、变电站防误主机进行交互,实现主子站唯一操作权管理和防误逻辑同步,集控系统进行程序化控制操作时,向防误主站请求唯一操作权,进行防误双校核。工程应用结果表明,基于防误双校核的程序化控制技术显著提高了集控系统控制操作的安全性能和运维工作效率。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the low anti-misoperation safety performance and relatively low operational efficiency of the centralized control system during control operations, a centralized control system programmatic control technology based on the dual anti-misoperation verification is proposed. The anti-misoperation master station is added to the centralized control station to interact with the centralized control system and substation anti-misoperation hosts in order to achieve the unique operational authority management and the master-slave station synchronous anti-misoperation logic. When the centralized control system performs programmatic control operations, it requests unique operational authority from the anti-misoperation master station to undergo dual anti-misoperation verification. The engineering application results show that the safety performance and operational efficiency of the centralized control system control operation have been improved through the use of programmatic control technology.
