基于物联网技术的垃圾焚烧发电锅炉省煤器安装系统设计

Design of Energy-saving Device Installation System for Waste Incineration Power Generation Boiler Based on Internet of Things Technology

  • 摘要: 针对传统垃圾焚烧发电锅炉省煤器安装过程中存在的信息传递不及时、安装精度难以保障等问题,提出一种基于物联网技术的安装系统设计方案。该系统利用物联网传感器实时采集省煤器安装过程中的各项参数,通过规范化的数据连接与通信协议将数据传输至软件平台,经过一系列算法处理后为安装操作提供精准依据。验证结果表明,该系统在安装精度、效率和可靠性方面均远超传统人工安装方式,为垃圾焚烧发电锅炉的稳定运行提供有力保障。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of delayed information transmission and difficulty in ensuring installation accuracy in the installation process of traditional waste incineration power generation boiler economizers, this paper proposes an installation system design scheme based on Internet of Things technology. The system utilizes IoT sensors to real-time collect various parameters during the installation process of the economizer, and transmits the data to the software platform through standardized data connections and communication protocols. After a series of algorithm processing, it provides accurate basis for installation operations. The verification results show that the system far exceeds traditional manual installation methods in terms of installation accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Provide strong support for the stable operation of waste incineration power generation boilers.
