基于电鸿一体化的电力安全工器具数字化管理系统设计

Research and Design of Digital Management System for Electric Power Safety Tools Based on the Integration of Electricity and Information Technology

  • 摘要: 针对电力企业安全工器具管理存在的台账失准、超期失控、违规流转等系统性难题,提出基于电鸿物联技术的电力安全工器具数字化管理系统。该系统集成RFID及智能终端设备,构建"标识-监测-预警-处置"全流程数字化监管流程,实现工器具身份唯一标识、状态实时感知、试验智能预警及报废闭环等全流程数字化管控。在南方电网某供电局试点应用实证表明:该系统台账准确率提升至100%,领用效率提高30%,超期未检预警准确率达100%,有效消除"账实不符""体外循环"等安全生产隐患,为电力企业工器具数字化转型提供了可复用的技术路径与管理范式。

     

    Abstract: In response to the systemic challenges in the management of safety tools in power enterprises, such as inaccurate ledgers, out-of-control expiration dates, and non-compliant circulation, this paper proposes a digital management system for power safety tools based on the Electric Crane Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system integrates RFID and intelligent terminal devices to construct a full-process digital supervision process of "identification-monitoring-early warning-disposal", achieving unique identification of tool identities, real-time perception of tool status, intelligent early warning of tests, and closed-loop management of scrapping. The pilot application in a power supply bureau of China Southern Power Grid has demonstrated that the accuracy rate of the system ledger has increased to 100%, the efficiency of tool issuance has improved by 70%, and the response time for overdue untested alerts has been shortened to within 30 minutes. This effectively eliminates safety hazards such as "discrepancy between accounts and reality" and "circulation outside the system", providing a reusable technical path and management model for the digital transformation of power enterprise tools.
