Abstract:
In response to the systemic challenges in the management of safety tools in power enterprises, such as inaccurate ledgers, out-of-control expiration dates, and non-compliant circulation, this paper proposes a digital management system for power safety tools based on the Electric Crane Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system integrates RFID and intelligent terminal devices to construct a full-process digital supervision process of "identification-monitoring-early warning-disposal", achieving unique identification of tool identities, real-time perception of tool status, intelligent early warning of tests, and closed-loop management of scrapping. The pilot application in a power supply bureau of China Southern Power Grid has demonstrated that the accuracy rate of the system ledger has increased to 100%, the efficiency of tool issuance has improved by 70%, and the response time for overdue untested alerts has been shortened to within 30 minutes. This effectively eliminates safety hazards such as "discrepancy between accounts and reality" and "circulation outside the system", providing a reusable technical path and management model for the digital transformation of power enterprise tools.
