分布式动态数据采集系统的程序设计

Program Design for a Distributed Dynamic Data Acquisition System

  • 摘要: 分布式动态数据采集系统用于评估船舶电力系统的电能质量与可靠性。描述了该系统基于PXI平台的硬件配置和基于上下位机TCP/IP通信的程序框架,重点研究了使用LabVIEW编程环境实现采集任务创建、采集数据发送与接收、数据处理、波形分析、数据查询与导出等程序功能。现场试验表明,该程序框架适用于分布式多通道高采样率的动态数据采集,具有稳定性和任务灵活方面的优势。

     

    Abstract: Distributed dynamic data acquisition system (DAS) is used to evaluate power quality and robustness of ship power system. In this paper, the hardware configuration based on PXI platform and the program frame based on TCP/IP communication are described. Functions programed with LabVIEW environment as DAQ tasks setup, data transmitting and receiving, data processing, waveform analysis, history data query and exportation are mainly studied. Site test shows the program frame above is applicable to distributed multi-channels and high-rate dynamic data acquisition and has advantages in system stability and flexible task management.
