“网-光-储-柴”联合供电系统优化配置及运行策略研究

Research on Optimization Configuration and Operation Strategy of the "Grid-Photovoltaic-Storage-Diesel" Joint Power Supply System

  • 摘要: 为提升用户侧供电系统的可靠性和清洁化,对一种基于"网-光-储-柴"联合供电模式的系统容量优化配置及运行策略进行研究。首先,从光伏、储能、柴发等方面对联合供电系统的优化配置方法进行综合分析;然后,通过在传统用户侧"电网-柴发"的供电模式下引入光伏及储能系统,从而形成"网-光-储-柴"联合供电模式,并提出联合供电系统的供电结构及运行策略;最后,结合案例验证该系统的优化配置方法及运行策略的可靠性。结果表明,所提的"网-光-储-柴"联合供电模式不仅具有良好经济性,还能够显著提高用户侧的供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of user side power supply and the cleanliness of electrical energy, a system capacity optimization configuration and operation strategy based on the "grid light storage diesel" joint power supply mode is proposed. First, the optimization configuration method of the joint power supply system has been comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of photovoltaic, energy storage, and diesel generators. Then, the "grid-photovoltaic-storage-diesel" joint power supply mode has been formed, which introduces photovoltaic and energy storage into the traditional "grid-diesel generator" power supply mode. And propose the power supply structure and operation strategy of the joint power supply system. Finally, a case study will be used to analyze and verify the reliability of the proposed optimization configuration method and operational strategy. It can be obtained that the "grid-photovoltaic-storage-diesel" combined power supply mode has significant effects on improving the reliability of user power supply while being economical.
