基于5G无线链路的远程管控技术

Remote Management and Control Technology Based on 5G Wireless Link

  • 摘要: 针对航空飞行器试飞过程中机载测试系统远程管控的技术需求,提出一种基于5G无线链路的远程管控系统。该系统由机载控制系统、5G通信链路和远程管控中心三部分组成。机载控制系统采用模块化设计,以中央管控单元为核心,集成5G专网通信终端和天线,可下传机载设备状态、执行上行控制指令,并具备数据处理功能;5G无线链路利用毫米波与Sub-6 GHz双频段,提供最高1.2 Gbps下行和600 Mbps上行的数据传输能力,以确保数据高速稳定传输;远程管控中心基于B/S架构开发,可实时监测机载测试系统状态并进行控制调整。试验测试表明,远程管控系统指令响应时间≤100 ms,数据反馈延迟≤50 ms,通信中断恢复时间≤0.3 s,能满足试飞任务对实时性和稳定性的严格要求。

     

    Abstract: To address the technical requirements for remote management and control of airborne test systems during aircraft flight testing, this paper proposes a remote management and control system based on 5G wireless link. The system comprises three components: The airborne control system, the 5G communication link, and the remote management and control center. The airborne control system adopts a modular design centered on a central control unit. It integrates 5G private network terminals and antennas to downlink airborne equipment status, execute uplink control commands, and perform data processing. The 5G wireless link utilizes dual-band transmission (mmWave and Sub-6 GHz), providing transmission capabilities of up to 1.2 Gbps downlink and 600 Mbps uplink to ensure high-speed and stable data transfer. The remote management and control center is developed based on a Browser/Server (B/S) architecture, enabling real-time monitoring and control adjustments of the airborne test system. Experimental results demonstrate that the system achieves a command response time of ≤100 ms, data feedback latency of ≤50 ms, and a communication recovery time of ≤0.3 s, effectively meeting the strict real-time and stability requirements of flight test missions.
