乌江枢纽建筑物安全监测自动化改造

Automatic Reconstruction of Building Safety Monitoring in Wujiang Junction

  • 摘要: 乌江枢纽由节制闸和乌江抽水站组成,是驷马山引江灌溉工程的重要部分。改造前,枢纽存在测压管堵塞、线缆布设不规范等问题。通过大量的调查分析研究,最终确定了乌江枢纽的安全监测自动化改造方案。改造方案包括替换人工沉降测点为三维位移监测仪,改造倾斜和裂缝观测点为自动化设备,并通过物联网实现数据自动采集和预警。改造中遇到数据平台不直观、设备结构不适应恶劣环境、积雪影响数据准确性等问题。解决方案包括修复测压管、优化线缆布设、重新开发监测数据平台、改进设备设计、增加防护罩等。改造后监测技术的自动化程度、设备的适用性和敏感性均显著提升,改造开发的独立部署安全监测平台也成功上线,实现了数据的实时监测、分析和预警功能。自动化改造完成后,安全监测系统运行的可靠性大为提高。

     

    Abstract: Wujiang Junction is composed of control gate and Wujiang pumping station, which is an important part of Simashan river diversion irrigation project. Before the renovation, there are some problems, such as pressure measuring pipe blockage and non-standard cable layout. Through a large number of investigation, analysis and research, the final determination of Wujiang Hub safety monitoring automation transformation scheme. The transformation plan includes replacing the artificial settlement measuring point with a three-dimensional displacement monitor, transforming the tilt and crack observation point into an automated device, and realizing automatic data collection and early warning through the Internet of Things. The data platform is not intuitive, the equipment structure is not adapted to the harsh environment, and the snow affects the accuracy of the data. The solution includes repairing the pressure tube, optimizing the cable layout, redeveloping the monitoring data platform, improving the equipment design, adding protective covers, etc. After the transformation, the automation degree of monitoring technology, the applicability and sensitivity of equipment have been significantly improved, and the independent deployment security monitoring platform developed by the transformation has also been successfully launched, realizing the real-time monitoring, analysis and early warning functions of data. After the completion of the automatic transformation, the reliability of the safety monitoring system is greatly improved.
