常用双层简易货梯的防坠装置改造及PLC程序设计

摘要: 针对聚酯工厂双层简易货梯在运行中可能发生的突然坠落风险,设计并实现了一套基于PLC控制的防坠装置。首先阐述了研发防坠装置的目的,即杜绝货梯坠落事故发生,保障人员与设备安全。在方法上,项目组通过在货梯停靠于二楼时,利用安装在两侧的4只带磁气缸推动圆柱直轴顶住轿厢,并在货梯下行时自动收缩直轴,从而形成机械闭锁保护;控制系统采用PLC程序进行编译与调试,构建了涵盖自动运行、退出、运行与停止等多种保护动作的闭环控制逻辑,并在原有设备基础上完成地址码分配与程序编译。实验结果表明,该防坠装置改造方案成本低廉,改造后的系统安全可靠、操作便捷,能够有效预防货梯坠落,达到了预期安全防护目标。Abstract: This paper addresses the risk of sudden falling during the operation of double-layer simple cargo elevators used in polyester plants by designing and implementing a PLC-based anti-falling device. The study first outlines the purpose of developing this device, which is to prevent elevator falling incidents and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Methodologically, the project team utilized four magnet-equipped cylinders installed on both sides at the second floor to push cylindrical straight shafts against the elevator car when it is docked, thereby forming a mechanical lock; the shafts retract automatically when the elevator descends. The control system employs a PLC program, which was compiled and debugged to establish a closed-loop control system incorporating various protective actions such as automatic operation and disengagement, operation, and stopping. Address allocation and program compilation were carried out based on the existing equipment. The results demonstrate that the anti-falling device modification is low-cost, and the modified system performs safely, reliably, and is user-friendly, effectively preventing elevator falling risks and achieving the intended safety protection objectives.
