循环冷却水无磷阻垢剂联合硫酸处理工艺模拟试验研究

Simulation Experiment Study on the Combination of Phosphorus Free Scale Inhibitor and Sulfuric Acid Treatment Process for Circulating Cooling Water

  • 摘要: 火电厂循环冷却水处理的目的是防止系统结垢、腐蚀,最大限度降低补充水量及排污量。针对某电厂循环冷却水系统补充水水质复配了3种无膦阻垢剂,进行了无膦阻垢剂及无膦阻垢剂联合硫酸2种处理工艺的静态阻垢试验、动态模拟试验、静态腐蚀试验。对比了3种药剂的阻垢、缓蚀性能,明确了循环冷却水处理的最佳运行控制参数。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of circulating cooling water treatment in thermal power plants is to prevent system scaling and corrosion, and to minimize the amount of supplementary water and sewage discharge. This article focuses on the re-formulation of three non-phosphonate scale inhibitors for the makeup water quality of a circulating cooling water system in a power plant. Static scale inhibition tests, dynamic simulation tests, and static corrosion tests were conducted using both non-phosphonate scale inhibitors and a combination of non-phosphonate scale inhibitors and sulfuric acid. The scale and corrosion inhibition performance of the three agents were compared, and the optimal operating control parameters for circulating cooling water treatment were determined.
