水轮机出线电缆端头电热仿真分析

The Electrothermal Simulation Analysis of Cable Terminations for Hydroelectric Generator Units

  • 摘要: 随着水轮机组电缆系统在高压、大功率应用中的广泛应用,电缆终端的电场分布和温度变化对电缆性能的影响日益受到重视。尤其是在不同谐波含量作用下,电场分布和温度变化的差异尚未得到充分研究。针对当前研究中关于谐波含量对套接型和冷缩型终端电场分布及温度变化的对比分析不足,以及仿真结果缺乏实验验证的问题,开展了不同谐波含量下电场分布、温度变化及其对比分析。

     

    Abstract: As hydroelectric generator unit cable systems are increasingly used in high-voltage, high-power applications, the impact of the electric field distribution and temperature variation at cable terminations on cable performance has gained significant attention. However, the differences in electric field distribution and temperature changes under varying harmonic content have not been adequately studied. This study addresses the lack of comparative analysis regarding the impact of harmonic content on the electric field distribution and temperature variation for both slip-on and cold-shrink terminations, as well as the issue of insufficient experimental validation of simulation results. The research conducts a detailed analysis of the electric field distribution, temperature variation, and their comparative behavior under different harmonic contents.
