火电厂脱硫废水化学特性分析与资源化处理

Analysis of Chemical Characteristics and Resource Recovery Treatment of Desulfurization Wastewater from Coal-fired Power Plants

  • 摘要: 脱硫废水里面含有的大量重金属离子、高浓度硫酸盐及悬浮物质,对环境构成潜在威胁。通过分析火电厂脱硫废水化学特性机理,开展了特性参数检测与提取方法的研究。实验结果显示,废水中Ca2+、Mg2+、SO2-4浓度与脱硫系统运行参数密切相关。基于特性分析得到的结果,设计了以膜分离技术作为核心的资源化处理工艺,实现了硫酸盐资源的回收与利用,并通过多参数优化提高了处理效率,为脱硫废水资源化提供了全新途径。

     

    Abstract: Desulfurization wastewater contains large amounts of heavy metal ions, high concentrations of sulfates, and suspended solids, which pose potential threats to the environment. Through systematic analysis of the formation mechanism of chemical characteristics of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants, a method for detecting and extracting characteristic parameters was established. Experimental results show that the concentrations of Ca2+, Mg2+, SO2-4 in the wastewater are closely related to the operating parameters of the desulfurization system. Based on the results of the characteristic analysis, a resource recovery treatment process with membrane separation technology as the core was designed, which achieved the recovery and utilization of sulfate resources. Additionally, through multi-parameter optimization, the treatment efficiency was improved, providing a new approach for the resource recovery of desulfurization wastewater.
