摘要: 针对现有诊断方法诊断准确性差、均方误差值高,提出基于改进Stackelberg博弈模型的高压输电线系统电力设备绝缘故障诊断。安装传感器实时采集设备的运行数据,提取电力设备绝缘故障特征。构建Stackelberg博弈模型,引入收益函数,实现电力设备绝缘故障特征诊断特征的最佳匹配。根据当前匹配最佳情况,计算正常状态和故障状态的策略更新。通过与阈值进行比较,完成对设备状态的诊断。测试结果表明,实验组的诊断准确率为99%,具有较高的诊断精度;实验组均方误差始终小于0.05%,为3个小组的最小数值,在诊断电力设备绝缘性能指标方面具有极高的准确性。Abstract: Due to the poor diagnostic accuracy and high mean square error of existing diagnostic methods, this study focuses on the insulation fault diagnosis of power equipment in high-voltage transmission line systems based on an improved Stackelberg game model. Install sensors to collect real-time operational data of equipment and extract insulation fault characteristics of power equipment. Construct a Stackelberg game model, introduce a payoff function, and achieve the optimal matching of insulation fault diagnosis features for power equipment. Calculate the strategy update for normal and fault states based on the current best matching situation. By comparing with the threshold, the diagnosis of the device status is completed. The test results show that the diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group is 99%, indicating a high level of diagnostic precision; The mean square error of the experimental group is always less than 0.05%, which is the smallest value among the three groups, and has extremely high accuracy in diagnosing the insulation performance indicators of power equipment.
