摘要: 为解决高压电缆老化评估精度不足和运维策略单一的问题,以北京某220 kV变电站为例,通过设计集成化管理系统,构建多维度老化评价模型和差异化决策机制,并采用改进粒子群算法优化运行策略,实现了老化状态精准识别和动态运维调整,显著提升供电可靠性。Abstract: To address the issues of insufficient accuracy in aging assessment of high-voltage cables and single-dimensional operation and maintenance strategies, this study takes a 220 kV substation in Beijing as a case example. An integrated management system is designed, incorporating a multi-dimensional aging evaluation model and a differential decision-making mechanism, with an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm employed to optimize operational strategies. The research achieves accurate identification of cable aging status and enables dynamic adjustment of maintenance operations, significantly enhancing power supply reliability.
