一种10 kV带电作业组合式多用途绝缘临时横担的研制

Development of a Combined Multi-Purpose Insulation Temporary Crossarm

  • 摘要: 10 kV直线杆横担和绝缘子在老化损坏时需进行带电更换,绝缘临时横担在该作业中起到支撑导线的作用。传统一体式绝缘临时横担存在质量大、安装难、不能在双回架空线路同时作业等缺点,导致作业耗时长、劳动强度大且安全风险高。为此,研制了一种新型10 kV带电作业组合式多用途绝缘临时横担,通过作业步骤、时间和风险对比分析,证实该工具可优化作业流程,减少作业时间,降低劳动强度,提升作业效率和安全性。

     

    Abstract: When the 10 kV linear pole crossarms and insulators are aged or damaged, they need to be replaced in live operation. The insulated temporary crossarm plays a role in supporting the wire in this operation. Because the traditional integrated insulated temporary cross arm is heavy, difficult to install, and can not work in the double circuit overhead line at the same time, it leads to long live operation time, high labor intensity, and high safety risk. In this paper, a new type of temporary insulated cross arm for 10 kV live operation is developed. Through the comparative analysis of operation steps, time and operation risk, the results show that using this tool can optimize the live work steps, shorten the working time, significantly reduce the labor intensity of operators, and improve the work efficiency and safety.
