660 V配电系统中性点接地电阻选择及漏电保护研究

Research on the Selection of Neutral Grounding Resistance and Leakage Protection in 660 V Distribution System

  • 摘要: 针对大型选煤厂660 V配电系统的中性点接地电阻选择和漏电保护的设置问题,系统分析了中性点接地电阻与弧光接地过电压、单相接地故障电流之间的关系,并结合选煤厂实际运行数据,提出660 V配电系统正常运行泄漏电流的估算方法。在此基础上,以确保系统安全可靠运行为目标,提出了中性点接地电阻的合理取值范围及漏电保护装置的整定方案。研究结果表明,中性点接地电阻的选择需兼顾抑制弧光过电压与限制故障电流的双重需求,同时漏电保护整定值应避开系统正常泄漏电流,以确保保护装置的准确性与灵敏性。该研究为大型选煤厂660 V配电系统的设计、施工及调试提供了切实可行的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper focuses on the selection of neutral grounding resistance and the setting of leakage protection in the 660 V distribution system of large coal plants. It systematically analyzes the relationship between neutral grounding resistance and arc grounding over-voltage and single-phase grounding fault current. By combining the actual operation data coal preparation plants, an estimation method for the leakage current of the 660 V distribution system in normal operation is proposed. On this basis, with the goal of ensuring the and reliable operation of the system, a reasonable value range for the neutral grounding resistance and a setting scheme for the leakage protection device are proposed. The results of the study show the selection of neutral grounding resistance needs to take into account the dual requirements of suppressing arc over-voltage and limiting fault current. At the same time, the setting value of protection should avoid the normal leakage current of the system to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of the protection device.The research in this paper provides feasible reference basis for the design and construction commissioning of 660 V power distribution system in large coal preparation plants.
