配电终端典型遥信故障与排查对策分析

Analysis of Typical Telemetry Faults and Troubleshooting Countermeasures for Distribution Terminals

  • 摘要: 配电终端作为配电网自动化系统的关键组成部分,其遥信数据的准确性对于电力系统的安全稳定运行至关重要。基于日常运维工作经验,围绕配电终端遥信故障展开研究,分析遥信回路典型硬件故障(单个遥信点回路虚接、遥信回路错接、遥信公共端虚接)及遥信典型软件参数故障(固有参数防抖时间配置错误、遥信点表顺序配置错误)的故障现象与成因,针对性提出分步骤排查对策,旨在帮助检修人员快速定位并解决遥信故障,提升配电终端运行稳定性,为配电网自动化运维提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: As a key component of the distribution network automation system, the accuracy of telemetry data from distribution terminals is crucial to the safe and stable operation of power systems. Based on daily operation and maintenance experience, this paper focuses on the research of telemetry faults in distribution terminals, and elaborates on the fault phenomena and causes of typical hardware faults in telemetry circuits (such as virtual connection of a single telemetry point circuit, misconnection of telemetry circuits, and virtual connection of telemetry common terminals) as well as typical software parameter faults in telemetry (such as incorrect configuration of inherent parameter anti-shake time and incorrect configuration of telemetry point table sequence). Corresponding step-by-step troubleshooting countermeasures are proposed. This paper aims to help maintenance personnel quickly locate and resolve telemetry faults, improve the operational stability of distribution terminals, and provide technical support for the automation operation and maintenance of distribution networks.
