基于虚拟仿真技术的变压器差动保护装置调试流程优化

Optimization of Commissioning Process of Transformer Differential Protection Device Based on Virtual Simulation Technology

  • 摘要: 为了提升变压器差动保护装置调试流程的标准化与高效性,构建了基于虚拟仿真技术的调试优化体系。以九墩滩330 kV变电站扩建工程为例,研究差动保护预调试、现场联调与异常工况复现的全流程闭环机制,设计了具备模拟量/开关量信号仿真、二次回路逻辑验证、参数快照与波形比对能力的虚拟仿真平台。研究结果表明,新流程在调试周期、故障覆盖、判据精度与数据归档完整性方面均优于传统方式,具备显著的工程适用性与推广价值。

     

    Abstract: To standardize and enhance the efficiency of transformer differential protection system commissioning, a virtual simulation-based optimization framework has been developed. Taking the Jiuduntan 330 kV substation expansion project as a case study, this research establishes a closed-loop mechanism covering pre-commissioning, on-site joint debugging, and abnormal condition simulation. A virtual simulation platform has been designed to simulate analog/switching signals, validate secondary circuit logic, and perform parameter snapshot comparison with waveform analysis. Results demonstrate that the new process outperforms traditional methods in commissioning duration, fault coverage, criterion accuracy, and data archiving integrity, showcasing significant engineering applicability and promotion potential.
