关键机组振动异常分析与长周期运行探索

Analysis of Vibration Anomalies in Key Units and Exploration of Long-cycle Operations

  • 摘要: 汽轮机作为石化企业关键机组,其运行长周期及可靠性决定石化公司上下游装置的平稳与否。影响汽轮机可靠性的主要因素为机组振动,机组振动增大对汽轮机造成的危害也随之变大,轻则造成设备停机,重则造成汽轮机组损坏。对产生汽轮机振动的原因进行了总结,并结合实例进行了分析,为汽轮机长周期运行提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: As key components in petrochemical enterprises, the operational longevity and reliability of steam turbines determine the smooth operation of both upstream and downstream devices within the company. The primary factor affecting the reliability of steam turbines is machine vibration. Increased vibration can cause significant harm to steam turbines, leading to minor issues such as equipment shutdown or, in severe cases, damage to the steam turbine unit itself. This paper summarizes the causes of steam turbine vibrations and analyzes them with practical examples, providing insights for the long-term operational stability of steam turbines.
