非侵入式探测线圈辅助诊断励磁绕组匝间短路故障

Non-intrusive Detection Coil Assists in Diagnosing the Short Circuit Fault Between Turns of the Excitation Winding

  • 摘要: 励磁绕组匝间短路故障在大型汽轮发电机组中的发生概率较高,且机组带故障运行过久会导致严重的后果。在电机内部安装磁通探测线圈能有效识别故障,但是部分电机在制造时未装配相关监测设备,导致后续安装难度较大。为此采用非侵入式探测线圈并放置于电机外部,通过检测杂散磁通,分析故障特征并判断故障。由于实际故障数据较少,因此通过有限元仿真建立故障模型,验证该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Excitation winding inter-turn short circuit fault is a common occurrence in large turbo-generators, and prolonged operation under such a fault may lead to more severe consequences. While installing magnetic flux detection coils inside the machine can effectively identify the fault, some generators are not equipped with such devices during assembly, making subsequent installation challenging. Therefore, this paper adopts a non-invasive detection coil placed outside the machine to detect stray magnetic flux, analyze its fault characteristics, and determine the fault. Due to the scarcity of actual fault data, a finite element simulation model is established to simulate the fault and validate the effectiveness of this detection method.
