关于10 kV架空线路二遥故障指示器的应用探索

摘要: 在10 kV配网系统中,配电线电源半径过长且存在众多分支结构,对线路故障巡视及消缺造成了很大的困扰,加之响应城网供电可靠性的再提升,使得配网不停电作业得到了广泛关注,如何对配网进行数字赋能以快速精确定位故障,从而实现配网不停电的问题亟待解决。针对上述问题,基于新型暂态滤波装置的电压及电流实时采样信号,并考虑到配网的运行方式,采用基于微分方程的单端故障阻抗测距算法消除故障点的过渡电阻。基于上述算法对新型暂态滤波装置进行数字赋能,并提出带电安装方法及安装导则。最后将该新型暂态滤波装置通过带电作业的方式安装于架空线路中,并给出了实际应用结果。研究结果表明,通过在10 kV架空线路带电安装新型暂态滤波装置能够将故障精准定位在20%以内,大幅缩短了故障巡视时间,有效提高了10 kV配网的用电可靠性。Abstract: In the 10 kV distribution network electric power system, the power supply radius of the distribution wire is such long and there are many branch structures, which causes great trouble to the line fault inspection and elimination. In addition, in response to the further improvement of the reliability of the power supply of the city network, the operation of the live-line working has been widely concerned. How to digitally enable the distribution network to quickly and accurately locate the fault so as to realize the live-line working needs to be solved urgently. Based on the above problems, this paper adopts a single-ended fault impedance location algorithm based on differential equation to eliminate the transition resistance of the fault point based on the real-time sampling signal of the voltage and current of the novel transient filter device and considering the operation mode of the distribution network. Based on the above algorithm, the new transient filter device is digitally enabled, and the installation method and installation guideline are guided. Finally, the new transient filter device is installed in the overhead line by the way of live operation, and the practical application results are given. The results show that the fault can be accurately located within 20% by the new transient filter device installed on the 10 kV overhead line, the fault inspection time is greatly shortened, and the power reliability of the 10 kV distribution network is effectively improved.
