适应新型电力系统的配电网电力电量平衡方法研究

Research on Power and Energy Balance Method for Distribution Network Adapting to New Power System

  • 摘要: 在新型电力系统背景下,可再生能源渗透比例持续增高,且电动汽车及建筑等用户负荷用电随机性增强,因此对负荷预测的精确度和速度提出了更高需求。提出了一种适应新型电力系统的配电网电力电量平衡方法,将负荷预测的颗粒度细化为四季最大负荷日(24 h)负荷曲线预测,同时开展分布式光伏、分布式风电、小水电等不同类型分布式电源的出力曲线平衡系数测算。最后选取典型区域进行案例测算,验证方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the new power system, the penetration rate of renewable energy continues to increase, and the randomness of electricity consumption by users such as electric vehicles and buildings is enhanced, posing higher demands on the accuracy and speed of load forecasting. This paper proposes a method for balancing electric power and energy in the distribution network that is suitable for the new power system. It refines the granularity of load forecasting to the prediction of 24 h load curves for the maximum load days in four seasons. At the same time, it calculates the balance coefficient of output curves for different types of distributed power sources such as distributed photovoltaic, distributed wind power, and small hydropower. Finally, typical regions are selected for case studies to verify the feasibility of the method.
