基于广域测量系统的配电网动态状态估计方法

Distribution Network Dynamic State Estimation Method Based on Wide-area Measurement System

  • 摘要: 为了提升配电网状态估计的精度与动态响应能力,以某城市10 kV中压配电网为研究对象,分析了传统静态估计方法在数据异步处理及动态响应方面的不足。通过引入广域测量系统构建动态状态估计模型,提出采用改进无迹卡尔曼滤波算法及计及拓扑变化的模型修正措施。研究结果表明,该方法能有效融合高精度同步量测数据,显著降低了估计误差,解决了伪量测依赖度高及动态跟踪滞后的问题。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the accuracy and dynamic response capability of distribution network state estimation, this paper takes a 10 kV medium-voltage distribution network in a certain city as the research object, analyzing the shortcomings of traditional static estimation methods in data asynchronous processing and dynamic response. By introducing the wide-area measurement system to construct a dynamic state estimation model, an improved unscented Kalman filtering algorithm and model correction measures considering topological changes are proposed. The research results show that this method can effectively integrate high-precision synchronous measurement data, significantly reduce the estimation error, and solve the problems of high pseudo-measurement dependency and lagging dynamic tracking.
