基于大模型的授权采购全链条智能风控方法研究

Research on Intelligent Risk Control Method for the Entire Authorized Procurement Chain Based on Large Models

  • 摘要: 随着电力及工程行业供应链复杂度的不断提升,传统授权采购在清单编制、限价制定与风险控制等方面暴露出效率低、精度差、管控滞后的问题。为此,提出一种基于大模型的授权采购全链条智能风控方法。通过风险综合度量模型、动态限价控制函数与自学习修正机制,实现了采购流程中"服务量清单-限价-授权-履约"的多维数据融合与智能分析。结合某供电公司供应链测试平台进行试点研究,结果表明该方法能有效提升风险识别准确率与限价合理性,缩短审批周期并显著降低履约偏差率。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing complexity of supply chains in the power and engineering industries, traditional authorized procurement processes have exhibited inefficiencies and inaccuracies in bill preparation, price limitation, and risk management. To address these issues, this paper proposes an intelligent risk control method for the entire authorized procurement chain based on large-scale models. The method constructs a comprehensive risk assessment model, a dynamic price-limiting control function, and a self-learning correction mechanism to enable multidimensional data fusion and intelligent analysis across the procurement stages of "service bill-price limit-authorization-performance". A pilot study conducted on a power supply company's supply chain test platform demonstrates that the proposed approach significantly improves risk identification accuracy and price rationality, shortens approval cycles, and effectively reduces performance deviation rates.
