摘要: 聚焦于提高低压供电系统控制回路供电的可靠性,从电源引接、系统接线、电源冗余等方面开展研究,提出一套完整的优化设计方案。在工程应用中,以某钢铁厂燃气锅炉烟气超低排放改造项目为例,实际应用本优化设计方案后,控制电源供电故障发生率显著降低,低压供电系统运行灵活性明显提升;有效保障工艺生产设备稳定运行,在工程实践中展现出显著应用价值,为提高低压供电系统控制回路供电的可靠性提供了切实可行的新思路和技术方法。Abstract: This study focuses on enhancing the reliability of power supply for control circuits in low-voltage power supply systems. Through comprehensive analysis and research encompassing power supply connection modes, system wiring, and power supply redundancy, a complete optimized design scheme is proposed. In engineering practice, taking the flue gas ultra-low emission renovation project of gas-fired boilers in a steel plant as a case study, the application of this optimized design scheme has significantly reduced the failure rate of control power supply and improved the operational stability of the low-voltage power supply system. Consequently, it ensures the stable operation of process production equipment, demonstrating significant engineering application value and providing practical new ideas and methodologies for the sustained enhancement of power supply reliability in control circuits of low-voltage power supply systems.
