基于超定方程理论的充电系统绝缘检测算法

Algorithm for Insulation Detection in Charging Systems Based on Overdetermined Equation Theory

  • 摘要: 针对新能源充电系统中绝缘检测过程中,采样结果易受外部电磁干扰影响、单次绝缘检测结果不稳定、绝缘精度差等问题,提出一种改进的绝缘检测算法。在绝缘检测步骤中构建绝缘检测参数超定方程组,拟合出绝缘检测结果。实验结果表明,与传统的单次计算相比,减小了外部电磁干扰和采样误差对绝缘精度的影响,工程应用中绝缘精度提高10%以上。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues in insulation detection for new energy charging systems-including susceptibility of sampling results to external electromagnetic interference, instability of single insulation detection results, and poor insulation accuracy-this paper proposes an improved insulation detection algorithm. The algorithm constructs an overdetermined system of equations for insulation detection parameters during the detection step to fit the insulation results. experimental results show that, compared with traditional single calculations, the impact of external electromagnetic interference and sampling errors on insulation accuracy is reduced, achieving an improvement in insulation accuracy of over 10% in engineering applications.
