Design of Jumper Cables for Electric Coupler Boxes at Vehicle Ends of Standard Metro Vehicles

摘要: 车辆间跨接电缆对车辆可靠性能十分重要,从车辆跨接电缆的安装端口出发,首先介绍了标准地铁车辆车端电钩箱跨接方案,对车端跨接电缆进行受力分析,提出跨接电缆车端线夹安装方案,通过线夹固定跨接电缆,减小电缆两端固定点受力以提高电缆使用寿命;其次对标准地铁车辆各运动状态进行分析,阐述工程设计中跨接电缆长度计算方法,并通过三维模拟计算得到跨接电缆长度理论值。Abstract: Inter-vehicle jumper cables are critical to vehicle reliability. Starting from the installation interface of the vehicle jumper cables, this paper first introduces the jumper cable solution for the electric coupler box at the car end of a standard metro vehicle. A force analysis of the car-end jumper cables is conducted, and a mounting scheme for the cable clamps at the car end is proposed. By securing the jumper cables with clamps, the forces at the fixed points at both ends of the cables are reduced, thereby extending the service life of the cables. Subsequently, various motion states of the standard metro vehicle are analyzed, and a calculation method for the jumper cable length in engineering design is described. The theoretical value of the jumper cable length is then obtained through three-dimensional simulation calculations.
