特高压换流阀水冷系统喷淋水池智能加药系统设计

Design of Intelligent Dosing System for Spray Pool of UHV Converter Valve Water Cooling System

  • 摘要: 针对目前换流站喷淋水池去除微生物添加所需药剂效率低、人员工作量大、智能化手段匮乏的现状,为了保障喷淋水实时满足换流阀水冷系统标准要求,首先分析了换流阀水冷系统构成和其喷淋水加药存在的问题,其次设计了一种专用于喷淋水池的智能加药系统,主要涉及其功能、整体构成、系统单元模块和通信方式,最后对所设计系统智能加药策略进行研究,并与已有的加药方案进行对比。所设计加药系统效率高、实时性强、药剂量控制精准、人为因素影响小、智能化程度高,对降低加药成本、节约运维时间、多端实时掌握现场运行状态具有较大的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Addressing current challenges of low efficiency in removing microorganisms through chemical addition in spray pools of converter stations, heavy workload for personnel and a lack of intelligent means, in order to ensure that spray water meets standard requirements of valve cooling system in real time, firstly, composition of converter valve water cooling system and issues related to spray water dosing are analyzed. Secondly, an intelligent dosing system specifically designed for spray pools is developed, focusing on its functions, overall structure, system unit modules and communication methods. Finally, intelligent dosing strategy of designed system is studied and compared with existing dosing schemes. The designed dosing system is highly efficient, real-time, precise in controlling the dosage, minimally affected by human factors and highly intelligent. It has significant engineering application value in reducing dosing costs, saving operation and maintenance time and providing real-time control of on-site operating status across multiple terminals.
