数控储能电机保护装置研制

Development of Motor Protection Device for CNC Energy Storage

  • 摘要: 基于弹簧操作机构中储能电机易空转引发设备故障的实际问题,对数控储能电机保护装置的设计与应用进行了研究。阐述了断开逻辑、控制响应、结构适配与信号反馈等核心设计内容,介绍了装置在典型开关柜中的集成方案与安装工艺,结合现场运行数据验证了其在故障预防与响应效率方面的实际成效。结果表明,该装置具备良好的工程适应性与系统保护能力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the practical problem of equipment failure caused by the easy idling of energy storage motors in spring operated mechanisms, the design and application of CNC energy storage motor protection devices were studied. The core design contents such as disconnection logic, control response, structural adaptation, and signal feedback were elaborated. The integration scheme and installation process of the device in a typical switchgear were introduced, and its actual effectiveness in fault prevention and response efficiency was verified by combining on-site operation data. The results indicate that the device has good engineering adaptability and system protection capability.
