Abstract:
Based on the practical problem of equipment failure caused by the easy idling of energy storage motors in spring operated mechanisms, the design and application of CNC energy storage motor protection devices were studied. The core design contents such as disconnection logic, control response, structural adaptation, and signal feedback were elaborated. The integration scheme and installation process of the device in a typical switchgear were introduced, and its actual effectiveness in fault prevention and response efficiency was verified by combining on-site operation data. The results indicate that the device has good engineering adaptability and system protection capability.
