融合高防模组化不停电换表与无断点母线连接技术的计量箱设计

Design of Metering Box Integrating High Defense Modular Non-stop Meter Replacement and Seamless Busbar Connection Technology

  • 摘要: 结合实际需求,进行融合高防模组化不停电换表的计量箱串口电路设计,融合无断点母线连接技术,优化电气连接点的工艺,提升连接牢固性以降低导通电阻;通过确定计量箱电气间隙和爬电距离,完成计量箱设计。实验结果表明,应用该方法,可确保计量箱内相间、相与外壳间、相与地间的绝缘电阻不小于1000 Ω,同时在连续1 min的工频2500 V电压测试中,计量箱泄漏电流满足不高于100 mA的要求。

     

    Abstract: Based on actual needs, design the serial port circuit of the metering box that integrates high anti modular and uninterrupted meter replacement, integrate breakpoint free bus connection technology, optimize the process of electrical connection points, improve connection firmness, and reduce conduction resistance; complete the design of the measuring box by determining the electrical clearance and creepage distance of the measuring box. The practical results show that the designed method can ensure that the insulation resistance between phases, between phases and the shell, and between phases and the ground inside the measuring box is ≥1000 Ω. At the same time, in a continuous 1 minute 50 Hz, 2500 V AC voltage test, the leakage current of the measuring box meets the requirement of ≤100 mA.
