Analysis of Abnormal Pressurization in Pneumatic Operating Mechanisms of 330 kV Circuit Breakers

  • 摘要: 某330 kV变电站气动机构断路器运行过程中,气动机构持续打压且有持续增加趋势。根据现场设备检查、气路解体情况对事故过程展开分析,叙述了缺陷隐患排查、分析及处理过程。结合断路器气动机构工作原理,对该安全隐患提出处理措施及建议。

     

    Abstract: During the operation of the pneumatic mechanism circuit breaker in a 330 kV substation, continuous pressurization of its pneumatic operating mechanism was observed, with a sustained increasing trend. Based on field equipment inspections and disassembly analysis of the pneumatic circuit, the incident process was thoroughly investigated. This report details the procedures for defect investigation, analysis, and remediation. Rectification measures and recommendations addressing this safety hazard are proposed in accordance with the operational principles of the circuit breaker's pneumatic mechanism.
