Abstract:
Taking the anti-islanding renovation project of 110 kV power grid in B county of Hunan Province as an example, this study deeply explores a cross-station joint cutting anti-islanding technology suitable for multi-station series power supply grid structures. After engineering verification, it was found that this solution can effectively eliminate the blind spots of cross-station joint cutting, increase the coverage rate of protection action scenarios from 20% to 100%, and reduce the average annual load loss from 32000 kWh to 6000 kWh. It can solve problems such as the failure of traditional strategies, insufficient coverage of isolated blind spots, and the failure of automatic transfer switches to operate.
