适用于多站串供网架的跨站联切防孤岛策略设计与应用研究

Research on the Design and Application of Cross-site Interconnection and Anti-islanding Strategy for Multi-station Supply Network Structure

  • 摘要: 以湖南省B县域110 kV电网防孤岛改造工程为例,探索一种适用于多站串供网架的跨站联切防孤岛技术。经工程验证发现,该方案能有效消除跨站联切盲区,将保护动作场景覆盖率由20%提升至100%,年均负荷损失由3.2万kWh降至0.6万kWh,解决传统策略失效、孤岛盲区覆盖不足及备自投拒动等问题。

     

    Abstract: Taking the anti-islanding renovation project of 110 kV power grid in B county of Hunan Province as an example, this study deeply explores a cross-station joint cutting anti-islanding technology suitable for multi-station series power supply grid structures. After engineering verification, it was found that this solution can effectively eliminate the blind spots of cross-station joint cutting, increase the coverage rate of protection action scenarios from 20% to 100%, and reduce the average annual load loss from 32000 kWh to 6000 kWh. It can solve problems such as the failure of traditional strategies, insufficient coverage of isolated blind spots, and the failure of automatic transfer switches to operate.
