单体蓄电池开路续流装置运行监测技术研究

Research on Operation Monitoring Technology for Open-Circuit Freewheeling Device of Single Battery

  • 摘要: 为了保障蓄电池组在关键电力系统中的持续可靠供电,解决单体电池故障引发的开路风险与系统失压问题,以220 kV变电站直流后备电源为应用背景,通过设计集成化单体蓄电池开路续流装置,构建了涵盖故障识别、智能隔离、续流保障与充电保护的运行监测技术体系。采用模块化架构与多参数融合判据方法,结合硬件实验平台验证了装置在故障检测、母线电压维持及充电电压调节方面的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the continuous and reliable power supply of battery packs in critical power systems, and to solve the open circuit risk and system voltage loss caused by single battery failures, this paper takes the DC backup power supply of 220 kV substations as the application background. By designing an integrated single battery open circuit freewheeling device, an operation monitoring technology system covering fault identification, intelligent isolation, freewheeling guarantee, and charging protection is constructed. The effectiveness of the device in fault detection, bus voltage maintenance, and charging voltage regulation was verified using a modular architecture and multi parameter fusion criterion method, combined with a hardware experimental platform.
