基于安全级数字控制芯片的隔离型双电源切换装置设计

Dual Power Switchover Device with Isolation Function Based on Security Level Digital Control Chip

  • 摘要: 对应用于核电站安全级回路的高可靠性隔离型双电源切换装置进行设计,介绍了装置架构、硬件参数设计、控制算法和软件设计流程。装置采用主供和备用模块并联,模块为隔离型移相全桥电路,实现无扰并联切换供电。为了符合IEC和NB/T核电安全标准,双电源切换装置采用德州仪器TMS570LS1227工业级安全芯片,控制软件满足IEC 60880安全标准。搭建了2×4.4 kW样机,开展了双电源切换和短路实验,验证了所设计的隔离型双电源切换装置完全能满足安全级回路不间断供电的需求。

     

    Abstract: A high reliable dual power switching device with isolation function applied to the safety level circuit power supply of nuclear power plants is designed, and the device architecture, hardware parameter calculation, control algorithm, and software design process are introduced. The device adopts a parallel configuration of main power supply module and standby module, where each module is an isolated phase-shifted full-bridge circuit, enabling uninterrupted parallel power supply. In order to meet the requirements of IEC and NB/T nuclear power safety standards, the Texas Instruments TMS570LS1227 industrial grade safety chip are used by the device and the control software complies with the IEC 60880 safety standard. A 2×4.4 kW prototype is built. The dual power switching and short circuit experiments have verified that the dual power switching device can fully meet the requirements of uninterrupted power supply for safety level circuits.
