摘要: 风力发电机组火灾防控的核心挑战在于对火情动态变化的实时响应与精准干预。传统消防系统多依赖固定阈值触发机制,难以区分火情初期的细微变化,常出现"过保护"或"欠保护"问题。为此,提出一种基于变化率的火灾预警技术,通过构建温度、烟雾浓度等关键参数的变化率模型,实现对火灾发展趋势的预判与消防系统的动态调控。研究表明,引入变化率的火灾预警技术可提升消防响应灵敏度的同时,降低了误报率,为风力发电机组的火灾防控提供了新的技术路径。Abstract: The core challenge in fire prevention and control for wind turbine generators lies in the real-time response to and precise intervention in the dynamic changes of fire incidents. Traditional fire protection systems mostly rely on fixed-threshold triggering mechanisms, which struggle to distinguish subtle early-stage fire variations, often resulting in either "over-protection" or "under-protection". This paper proposes a rate-of-change-based fire early warning technology that constructs models of the rate of change for key parameters such as temperature and smoke concentration, enabling the anticipation of fire development trends and dynamic regulation of fire protection systems. Research shows that the introduction of rate-of-change-based early warning technology enhances the sensitivity of fire response while reducing false alarms, providing a new technical approach for fire prevention and control in wind turbine generators.
